“To provide beginning shooters with an introduction to the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to own and use a specific shotgun model safely.”

NRA's rules for safe gun handling.

Particular shotgun model parts and operation

Ammunition

Shooting fundamentals

Cleaning the shotgun and continued opportunities for skill development.


 Each student will receive:

The Basics of Shotgun Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, FIRST Steps Course completion certificate. 

To reserve your seat a $15.00 deposit is required.

This deposit is applied to your course fee.

 

Basic Shotgun Shooting Course

Range Rules

Shooting at straight away and angled targets

Cleaning the shotgun and continued opportunities for skill deveopment.


Each students will receive:

The Basics of Shotgun Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Basics of Shotgun Shooting Student Examination, and course completion certificate.
